What we do with your details

Who we are
This website is run by Extnd Ltd ("Extnd", "we"). We are the data controller for the details you give us here. Questions about your data go to hello@extnd.co.uk or 020 3051 1933.
What we collect
Only what you type or upload: your name, email address, mobile number and postcode; what you tell us about your project; the settings you choose in our tools, such as the Project Calculator; photos you upload for a feasibility sketch; and the questions you ask the Extnd Assistant. We also record which page you were on and when you sent it.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, book and hold your free call, send you the report or guide you asked for, and follow up about your project. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and on your consent where you ask us to email you. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply "stop" at any time.
Who sees it
The Extnd team, and the companies that run the services this website is built on, acting only on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (secure database), Resend and MailerLite (email), Cal.com (call booking) and Anthropic (the Extnd Assistant, which receives the questions you type so it can answer them). Some of these providers store data outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your details or pass them to builders or anyone else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we have not turned into a project are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, usually six years.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics are counted without cookies and without identifying you. Your browser remembers small preferences, such as which calculator view you last used. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which sets the cookies it needs to make a booking work.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or stop us using them. Email hello@extnd.co.uk and we will act within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
